
Administrative Assistant, Sales
As the Administrative Assistant you are responsible for a variety of administrative functions to support the Sales Team, and to ensure customers receive the highest industry standard for customer service. Responsibilities: Provide system support by tracking sales, GP, and backlog in comparison with monthly goals and provide report to Sales Team. Monitor DSO and report items needing addressed. Review and provide feedback on daily production, in-bounding, and shipping. Communicate ship confirmation for invoicing purposes. Prepare data and metrics for sales report. Communicate professionally with customers via telephone, email and in person, to provide product information and order updates. Maintain product status in scheduler throughout the sales cycle. Responsible for tracking completed work order items and maintaining pre-invoice checklists. All other duties as assigned. Experience, Education, & License Requirements: High School Diploma Associate degree in Business Administration or related field, a plus 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role Prior experience working in a sales environment, a plus Experience with a CRM system and SAP, preferred Skills & Abilities: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite products with proficiency in Excel. Professional verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette. The ability to prioritize projects and manage time efficiently. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities. Ability to sit and perform computer work throughout the day.
