existing database with Thousands of prospect information Benefits That Start Day One: 50% employer-paid medical and dental insurance (United Healthcare) 100% employer-paid vision coverage 401(k) with company match 14 Paid Holidays + Flexible PTO policy What You'll Be Doing: Sell 360clean's commercial cleaning & facility services in protected territory Prospect new business through outbound calls and email outreach In-person prospecting and relationship-building with local businesses Schedule and conduct walkthroughs with prospective clients Present customized proposals and close new commercial service agreements Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals What We're Looking For: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting 1 to 2 years of sales experience preferred but not required Candidates with customer service experience and operations experience can often transition relationship skills to "closing contracts" CRM experience and territory management skills are a plus Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented Is This Role Right for You?
