Entry-Level Residential Roofing Sales Consultant
Storm Guard is seeking an Entry-Level Residential Roofing Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We offer paid training, with a base + uncapped commission, as well as milestone bonuses ($70,000+ typical first year). If you believe in doing the right thing, working with enthusiasm, and creating exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to meet you. We don't believe in high-pressure sales or cutting corners. We believe in educating homeowners, building trust, and doing quality work. Job Summary: You will generate leads, inspect properties, meet with homeowners and insurance adjusters, and close sales for exterior restoration projects. This is a field-based, door-to-door role that requires comfort with prospecting, climbing roofs, and working outdoors. While our office is based in Brecksville, our large, high-opportunity sales territory spans much of Northeast Ohio, including the Greater Cleveland area and surrounding communities. This is an entry-level role with comprehensive training using Storm Guard's proven sales and inspection systems and playbooks. Prior roofing experience is not required. Grit, accountability, and a willingness to learn are. If you're afraid of heights, this is not the job for you. What You'll Be Doing: Prospecting through door knocking, referrals, and local networking Meeting with homeowners to assess needs and present solutions Inspecting roofs and properties safely and professionally Coordinating with insurance adjusters Earning signed work authorizations Following up with customers and building long-term relationships Generating referrals and customer reviews Using CRM tools to manage pipeline and activity You should expect to spend significant time in the field. Who You Are: Coachable, comfortable with feedback, enjoy talking to people Motivated by goals, growth, and income Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs Organized, professional, and reliable Tech-friendly and willing to learn Honest, service-oriented, and accountable Requirements: Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
