Entry-Level Residential Roofing Sales Consultant
(Outside Sales)
to join our growing team. If you believe in doing the right thing, working with enthusiasm, and creating exceptional experiences for customers, we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting for new business through door knocking, referrals, and local networking
Contacting and scheduling meetings with homeowners to assess needs and present solutions
Inspecting roofs and properties safely and professionally
Coordinating and meeting with insurance adjusters as needed
Presenting solutions and earning signed work authorizations
Following up promptly with customers and maintaining strong relationships
Generating referrals and requesting customer reviews
Using CRM and company tools to track activity and manage pipeline
Because this is an outside sales role, you should expect to spend
significant time prospecting in the field.

Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
Competitive, and motivated by goals, growth, and income
Open to receiving feedback and applying it quickly
Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs regularly
A go-getter with a strong work ethic and personal accountability
Comfortable with and willing to learn new technology
Organized, responsive, and professional in communication
Honest, reliable, service-oriented, and respectful with customers and teammates
Note: a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
