
Honda Parts Counter
Location: North Richland Hills, TX (On site) | Type: Full Time | Norm Reeves Dealerships is a nationally-recognized group of privately-owned retail automotive dealerships located in Southern California, Texas, and Florida. As a Parts Counter Associate, you're one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda North Richland Hills. You're responsible for assisting guests primarily through the shop, and even on the phone or online. You'll provide an exceptional guest experience by pulling and filling orders, organizing inventory, keeping current on new products and product updates and communicating with our internal team, external vendors and guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. What You'll Do: Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, ensuring the customer is exposed to the full product line Notify Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency order if necessary Notify Service Advisor when special order parts are received Follow-up on back-ordered parts On a weekly basis, verify will-call and back-order files as well as vendor returns, and stock items not picked up Assist outside sales representatives with their orders Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order Maintain organized records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special-order parts Assist Parts Manager in maintaining a lost sales tracking program. What You'll Need: Previous parts sales experience and the desire to continuously learn more Dealership experience is a plus Full-time availability.
