Director of Sales – Air Charter (US) — Fort Lauderdale, FL | ACC Aviation • Hybrid This is a front-line new Director of sales role based in our Fort Lauderdale office. If you’re an experienced aviation professional who thrives in a high-performance sales environment - this role was built for you. You’ll be trusted to identify opportunities, open doors, and turn first conversations into long-term relationships. ACC Aviation is a boutique aviation brokerage with global reach, delivering highly personalized air charter, leasing, and advisory solutions to a discerning client base. Known for our agility, discretion, and hands-on service, we pride ourselves on moving fast, thinking creatively, and treating every client like a long-term partner. What You’ll Do Actively identify new charter clients and convert in-bound leads through outbound calls, targeted email, networking, and face-to-face meetings Build a lean, qualified, and active pipeline focused on quality relationships Turn prospects into loyal, repeat charter clients using a consultative relationship-driven sales approach Partner with charter brokers to price, position, and execute flights while providing a seamless customer experience Maintain a tight, organized book of business with disciplined and transparent CRM usage Grow account value through cross-selling ACC Aviation’s wider services Be a visible presence for ACC Aviation in the US market — with clients, partners, and at industry events What You’ll Bring A proven track record in air charter sales, consistently delivering against targets A true ownership mindset with a track record of winning new business Have a consultative approach to sales by aligning air charter solutions with client objectives Comfortable leading high-stakes sales conversations and driving outcomes Strong working knowledge of private aviation, aircraft types, and charter operations Confident, credible negotiator with senior-level clients Disciplined, organized, and accountable with pipeline and CRM An entrepreneurial, boutique-broker mentality — you move fast, think independently, and get deals done Why join us?
