This role will shape AI-powered, agentic capabilities that transform how enterprises deliver IT Help Desk, Service Management, and IT Operations at scale.You will bring deep expertise in enterprise IT workflows, strong product leadership, and a passion for applied AI to deliver differentiated solutions that solve real customer pain points and drive measurable outcomes. Your work will push beyond traditional automation toward intelligent, autonomous experiences that redefine modern IT.Partnering closely with senior engineering, UX, data science, go-to-market teams, customers, and industry analysts, you will play a key role in defining the product vision and market leadership of Automation Anywhere’s Agentic IT solutions.**Who you’ll report to:**This role will report to our VP, Product Management**Location:** Hybrid role with regular onsite work days in our San Jose, CA corporate office required**You will make an impact by being responsible for:*** Owning the end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle for Agentic ITSM and ITOps products, from vision and roadmap through execution, launch, scale, and optimization* Defining and driving a multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities in ITSM* Partnering closely with engineering, AI/ML, UX, and architecture teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure agentic solutions in an agile development environment* Translating complex enterprise IT challenges (incident, problem, change, request, asset, remediation, and other workflows) into clear, actionable product requirements* Engaging directly with customers, prospects, and partners to validate product direction, test early concepts, and incorporate feedback into continuous improvement* Serving as the internal and external product evangelist for Agentic ITSM, representing the product with executives, customers, analysts, and at industry events* Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer success, and enablement teams to ensure strong go-to-market execution, positioning, and adoption* Establishing and track data-driven success metrics (adoption, value realization, operational outcomes), using insights to prioritize investments and measure business impact* Communicating product strategy, roadmap progress, and business outcomes clearly to executive leadership and key stakeholders**You will be a great fit if you have:*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; advanced degree a plus* 10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, ITSM, AIOps, or related enterprise software domains* 5+ years of product management leadership experience, including building and scaling complex enterprise platforms* Strong domain expertise in ITSM and IT Operations, including incident, problem, change, service request, observability, and operational automation* Hands-on experience with AI Agents, Generative AI, RAG etc., ideally applied to enterprise or operational use cases that drive measurable customer and business value* Proven ability to define and deliver agentic, AI-powered products that drive measurable customer and business value* Strong technical fluency with enterprise architectures, cloud platforms, integrations, and automation ecosystems* Demonstrated success in owning and driving strategic product roadmaps that balance innovation, customer value, and scalability**You excel in these key competencies:*** Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to executives, customers, and cross-functional teams* Strong product judgment and user-centric mindset, with the ability to map enterprise workflows to intuitive, impactful experiences* Analytical and outcome-driven approach, using data to inform decisions, prioritize initiatives, and measure success* Experience operating in high-stakes environments and engaging directly with senior customers, partners, and executive leadershipThe base salary range for this position is $230,000 – $260,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
