Your Responsibilities Recruit, train, and develop motivated sales teams utilizing our proven sales strategies. Conduct weekly sales meetings while leading by example as a player-coach. Collaborate closely with our installation and services team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Report directly to the Regional Executive Partner and engage with company leadership. Compensation As a Managing Senior Partner, you can expect an exciting income opportunity in your first year ranging from

$130,000 to $180,000 per year , including a solid

$90,000 base salary , uncapped commissions, and quarterly bonuses. We also offer PTO and a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of professional experience with progressive responsibilities. 5+ years of experience in leadership roles managing direct reports. A passion for mentoring and developing team members to reach their fullest potential. Proven track record as a top performer in previous positions. Exemplary leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. A high-energy, positive attitude with a strong drive to learn and improve. A history of exceeding targets and achieving exceptional results with minimal guidance. The ability to connect with millennials and Gen Z. Bachelor's degree preferred.
