
Our client, a leading organization in the tools and construction industry, is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting the Communications Team. The ideal candidate will have creativity, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Develop and plan monthly social media paid campaigns that align with marketing initiatives
Develop and own paid social media strategy across all relevant platforms
Create, monitor, and optimize social media ads across channels from start-to-finish, including campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and creatives
Create and implement A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness over time
Analyze, review, and report monthly on social media performance to maximize results; translate data into actionable recommendations
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in communications, social media, marketing, digital media, or a related field
4+ years of hands-on experience in social media management
Experience in creating and managing social media campaigns (organic & paid)
Experience working within a pre-defined budget and reporting on ROI
Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok) and best practices
