We are seeking a strategic, organized, and communicative Creative Director to lead and oversee high-volume creative projects from concept to completion. In this project-based, remote role, you’ll act as both the creative visionary and the “client” for a team of designers, copywriters, and digital creatives. You will be responsible for crafting clear, actionable briefs, providing video-recorded feedback, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client goals. This opportunity is ideal for experienced creative leaders who excel at guiding junior talent, communicating visually and verbally, and optimizing processes for high productivity. You will play a pivotal role in shaping deliverables while mentoring and training a distributed creative team. How It Works

Write Briefs:

Develop clear, concise, and inspiring creative briefs for each project or deliverable. Assign Work:

Distribute briefs to the appropriate designer, copywriter, or creative team member. Review Submissions:

Evaluate first versions of deliverables, providing comprehensive feedback via Loom video. Guide Iteration:

Review revisions, deliver additional feedback as needed, and approve final work that meets standards. Quality Control:

Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, project goals, and client expectations. All communication, briefs, work in progress, and final deliverables are managed transparently and efficiently. What You’ll Do

Act as the primary creative leader and quality gatekeeper on all assigned projects Develop clear, concise, and inspiring creative briefs for each project or deliverable. Mentor, train, and provide constructive feedback to designers, copywriters, and other creatives Maintain a high standard of quality, creativity, and efficiency across all deliverables Communicate feedback clearly and efficiently via Loom video and written notes Stay up-to-date with design, copy, and digital best practices to foster continuous improvement What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar senior creative role Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in successful creative projects Exceptional communication and feedback skills, especially using asynchronous tools (Loom, email, etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects and team members simultaneously Deep knowledge of design, copywriting, and digital creative processes Excellent command of English Ideal For
