We are seeking fast, reliable, and creative
UI/UX Designers
to help us deliver exceptional user interface and user experience designs for websites, web apps, and mobile apps. This high-volume, project-based opportunity is ideal for designers who want to rapidly build their portfolio, receive expert feedback, and earn based on output.
You’ll work closely with a Creative Director who will provide project briefs and act as the client, offering feedback on your work. You’ll create initial concepts, iterate based on feedback, and deliver polished UI/UX assets—often completing multiple deliverables per hour.
This is a short-term role perfect for early-career designers eager to hone their craft, learn quickly, and earn well through productivity.
How It Works
Receive Briefs:
Creative Director writes a detailed brief for each UI/UX deliverable.
First Submission:
You design and submit wireframes, mockups, or prototypes based on the brief.
Feedback:
Creative Director reviews your work and provides clear video feedback (via Loom).
Iteration:
You refine your designs according to feedback and resubmit.
Approval:
Once approved, you move on to the next deliverable.
All communication, briefs, work in progress, and final deliverables are tracked transparently.
What You’ll Do
Translate creative briefs into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for web/mobile interfaces
Apply best practices in user-centered design, usability, and accessibility
Iterate quickly based on clear, actionable feedback
Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across deliverables
Collaborate asynchronously using Loom and email
What We’re Looking For
Good command of English for understanding briefs and feedback
Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
Ability to produce quality work at speed (wireframes, prototypes, user flows, etc.)
Understanding of UX principles, usability, responsive and mobile-first design
Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn
Reliable internet connection
Portfolio or sample work required
Ideal For
Early-career UI/UX designers in Latin America, the Philippines, or similar regions seeking flexible, well-paid, remote work
Designers looking to build skills, gain real-world feedback, and expand their portfolio rapidly
Those comfortable with high-volume, iterative design work
How to Apply
Submit your portfolio or sample work (UI/UX projects preferred)
Complete a short, unpaid test deliverable (part of the application process)
If your test meets standards, you’ll be invited to start paid work immediately
Other Notes
This is a short-term opportunity (typically 1–2 months)
High turnover expected—great for those seeking experience and quick earnings
Training and feedback from experienced Creative Directors included
Ready to grow your UI/UX skills, receive expert feedback, and earn based on your output? Apply now!
