Position: Regional Director Location: Denver, CO (onsite) Note: This role is on-site in our CoStar Group office in Denver, CO. Responsibilities
Attract, hire, motivate, and develop high-performing sales professionals capable of meeting or exceeding defined sales quotas. Spend 3–4 days per week in the field on sales calls, providing coaching and training to enhance team effectiveness. Drive regional and team revenue growth, consistently meeting or surpassing annual sales targets. Identify, prioritize, and secure new client relationships while retaining and expanding existing accounts; build strong familiarity with major market players. Monitor sales performance and hold team members accountable for activity and client engagement to meet business goals. Actively manage weekly team activities, including attendance at offices, coaching sessions, and use of Enterprise CRM systems to track sales activity, pipeline development, and account assignments. Set individual and team performance goals aligned with broader objectives; address performance issues promptly and make necessary personnel changes to ensure targets are met. Mentor and develop all team members to support their professional growth; promote and reinforce CoStar Group’s culture and values. Travel to regional offices as required — up to 50%. Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience directly managing 5–10 sales professionals within Commercial Real Estate, Digital Advertising/Marketing, or related transactional sales; including ability to attract, hire, train and develop a high-performing sales team. Experience leading sales efforts in a highly transactional, consultative, fast-paced organization with a short cycle-time sales model. 2+ years of commercial real estate (CRE) related experience. Experience managing a book of business with annual revenue well over $1 million. Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships and partnerships with clients at all levels. Track record of rapidly growing a sales territory or market and consistently exceeding sales targets over multiple years. Effective internal and external relationship-building skills. This position offers a base salary range of $135,000–$145,000, plus commission opportunities and a generous benefits plan.
