NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

2+ years of

multifamily construction experience , with prior experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent

Strong understanding of

unit-based construction , floor-to-floor sequencing, and repetitive scopes

Ability to travel to job sites nationwide as needed

Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

Experience with layout, scheduling, and daily production tracking

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

Able to communicate professionally with owners, GCs, inspectors, subcontractors, and field crews

Comfortable using technology and cloud-based reporting systems for daily logs and progress tracking

OSHA 30 certification required

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee day-to-day field operations on

multifamily construction projects , from mobilization through closeout

Manage construction sequencing across multiple buildings, floors, and units to maintain production schedules

Coordinate with Project Managers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure material flow and labor alignment

Supervise framing, drywall, finishes, and related scopes with a focus on

quality, consistency, and speed

Conduct regular site walks, punch walks, and inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specs, and local codes

Track daily production, manpower, and progress using cloud-based reporting tools

Proactively identify schedule risks, constructability issues, and scope gaps-and work to resolve them quickly

Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, safety logs, progress photos, and change order support

Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety-first culture on all job sites

Coordinate inspections, turnover readiness, and unit releases with ownership and GC teams
