Customer Facing Position Lending Serves as the Bank’s business development representative (new and existing) for cash management, merchant and payroll services referrals across all business lines Ability to prepare professional client and/or prospect proposals as well as all documentation required to establish treasury services Provide internal and external customer service to support all treasury services products Administrative tasks and other duties as required Continuously educate Commercial Relationship Managers and Retail staff on new and existing treasury products and services Ability to work independently, yet exercise discretion when issues need to be elevated Ability to recommend operating efficiencies to improve bank profitability Enthusiastically support the Bank’s Guiding Principles and Brand Behaviors Adhere to regulatory requirements, such as Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act; complete all required bank training courses on or before due dates Comprehend and adhere to federal banking regulations in accordance with Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s policies and procedures Required Education & Experience

Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and problem solving skills The flexibility to learn and keep current with changing procedures and regulations, varying job assignments, technological advances and new equipment. Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical Demands: General office environment. Work Environment: General office environment. Full time, 5 days per week Required Travel
