listing-capable and buyer-capable , and who value working within a
structured, system-led brokerage .

Responsibilities
Represent sellers with pricing strategy, marketing execution, and skilled negotiation
Advise buyers through showings, offer strategy, and transaction management
Build and manage a
listing-capable, client-centered book of business
Deliver a professional, concierge-style client experience across all price points
Operate exclusively within Skyward’s centralized CRM and transaction workflows
Collaborate with broker management and operations to ensure smooth closings
Uphold Skyward’s brand standards, communication expectations, and service philosophy
Qualifications Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable working with both sellers and buyers
Capable of securing listings or motivated to grow listing proficiency
Relationship-driven, professional, and service-oriented
Open to working within a centralized CRM and structured brokerage environment
Coachable, collaborative, and growth-minded
Interested in building a sustainable, long-term real estate career
Comfortable operating within defined systems, performance expectations, and accountability standards
Compensation $75,000+ at plan potential
