Responsibilities Responsibilities Represent sellers with pricing strategy, marketing execution, and skilled negotiation Advise buyers through showings, offer strategy, and transaction management Build and manage a listing-capable, client-centered book of business Deliver a professional, concierge-style client experience across all price points Operate exclusively within Skyward’s centralized CRM and transaction workflows Collaborate with broker management and operations to ensure smooth closings Uphold Skyward’s brand standards, communication expectations, and service philosophy Qualifications Qualifications Ideal Candidate Profile Comfortable working with both sellers and buyers Capable of securing listings or motivated to grow listing proficiency Relationship-driven, professional, and service-oriented Open to working within a centralized CRM and structured brokerage environment Coachable, collaborative, and growth-minded Interested in building a sustainable, long-term real estate career Comfortable operating within defined systems, performance expectations, and accountability standards This role is best suited for agents who value structure, systems, and long-term brand alignment over independence without accountability.
