Daily tasks include listing properties, hosting open houses, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, preparing and processing real estate documents, and maintaining strong client relationships. The agent will provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with real estate market regulations.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real estate processes
Proven expertise in Sales and Real Estate transactions
Strong Customer Service and communication skills
Understanding of Real Property concepts and market trends
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using real estate CRM software is a plus
Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to client schedules
High school diploma required; additional certifications in real estate are advantageous
