The
Growth Capital Specialist
supports investment teams in identifying, analyzing, and executing growth-stage investment opportunities. The role blends financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and transaction support to facilitate the deployment of capital into high-growth companies. This position involves close collaboration with portfolio managers, analysts, operations teams, and legal/compliance staff. Key Responsibilities
Monitor market trends, growth-stage companies, and investment activity across sectors Assist in sourcing and evaluating growth capital investment opportunities Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuation of potential investments Support transaction execution, including due diligence, documentation, and closing processes Build and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for investment insights Track portfolio company performance, including KPIs, P&L, and risk exposure Identify opportunities, risks, and operational inefficiencies within the growth capital portfolio Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc investment and portfolio reports for senior management Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field Strong understanding of private equity, venture capital, or growth-stage investing Experience or coursework in financial modeling, valuation, or investment analysis (preferred but not required) Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or other analytical tools is a plus Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments Clear written and verbal communication skills Interest in high-growth companies, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and long-term value creation About the Career Launch AI Talent Network
