Compensation & Benefits
$50,000–$75,000 base salary, plus bonus potential

What You'll Be Doing
Manage a book of personal lines accounts from quote through renewal
Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person conversations
Help clients understand coverages and make informed decisions—without pressure
Prepare quotes for new and renewal business
Process endorsements, policy changes, billing questions, and cancellations
Collaborate closely with producers and teammates in a supportive environment
Keep accurate records and follow established workflows to ensure consistency
What We're Looking For
Active Massachusetts P&C license
3+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Experience with QQCatalyst is a plus (not required)
Bilingual Spanish is a bonus, but not required
