What You’ll Do
Welcome and engage prospective residents, delivering personalized tours and showcasing the community’s features and lifestyle Build rapport, understand prospect needs, and confidently guide them through the leasing process Manage leads, follow-ups, and appointments using leasing and CRM software Prepare and process lease documentation accurately and efficiently Provide outstanding customer service to prospects and residents, ensuring a positive experience from first contact through move-in Support resident events and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and leasing performance Maintain an organized, detail-oriented leasing office and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations What Makes You a Great Fit
Excellent communication skills
