CTG is seeking to fill a Digital Content Manager – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) position for our client.

Duties
Manage, update, and publish digital content across client-facing web platforms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Sites, Assets, and Content Fragments.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather content requirements, review drafts, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of web content.
Build and maintain regionalized and translated web pages, ensuring global consistency while meeting local market requirements.
Apply SEO and AEO best practices to optimize content for search visibility, discoverability, and client engagement.
Collaborate closely with marketing, design, UX, and technology teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards, usability, and accessibility guidelines.
Review and proof content for accuracy, consistency, quality, and compliance, with strong attention to detail.
Coordinate content workflows, including reviews, approvals, and publishing schedules.
Support ongoing content audits, cleanup, and optimization initiatives to improve overall digital experience performance.
Skills
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content authoring and management (Sites, Assets, Content Fragments).
Web content governance, publishing workflows, and quality control.
SEO and AEO optimization techniques, including metadata, structured content, and keyword optimization.
Strong collaboration skills across business, marketing, design, and technology teams.
High attention to detail with an eye for design, layout, and user experience.
Experience
Hands-on experience managing content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Experience supporting large-scale, client-facing web platforms.
Familiarity with SEO and AEO best practices and related tools.
Experience building and maintaining regionalized and translated web pages preferred.
Experience within asset management, financial services, or a regulated environment preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
