Overview

This role is responsible for handling, editing, and publishing digital content within the Adobe Experience Manager platform. This entry-to-mid-level role focuses on maintaining web page accuracy, managing digital assets, and following brand guidelines to support marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

Content Authoring & Page Creation: Build, update, and publish web pages using AEM Sites, templates, and components, following AIG’s design system. Asset Management (DAM): Upload, manage, and tag digital assets (images, PDFs, videos) in the AEM Digital Asset Manager. Component Configuration: Utilize core components and experience fragments to assemble page layouts. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all content meets brand, SEO, and web accessibility (WCAG) standards. While not being directly responsible for asset creation, having a keen eye for placement and layout is extremely helpful. Workflow Management: Navigate content approval workflows, including staging, publishing, and unpublishing pages. Troubleshooting: Resolve basic content display issues and collaborate with developers on more complex technical issues via management. Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and SEO teams to ensure timely content delivery. Required Skills And Qualifications

2+ years of experience with AEM (6.5 or Cloud Service). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Although not required to write HTML/CSS, it is useful for troubleshooting and understanding style application. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for image resizing and cropping. Strong familiarity with content management principles and AEM authoring environments. Meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy in content, formatting, and links. Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional team coordination. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, IT, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines. Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset. Preferred Skills

Experience with Adobe Target or Analytics. Experience with Sharepoint, Monday or other project management tools. Knowledge of mobile-first, responsive design principles. For positions based in NYC, the base salary range is $85,000 to $107,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
