**Lead Sales Trainer (Field-Based)**Develop and update training content, including curricula, assessments, exercises, role plays, multimedia tools, and support materials. Partner with cross-functional teams to align training with business strategy, sales initiatives, and product knowledge needs. Maintain subject matter expertise in sales processes, customer engagement, and relevant product or industry knowledge.Who you are: A confident facilitator with strong emotional intelligence and relationship‑building skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered. 7+ years of experience with a degree, or 11+ years without, in sales training, sales enablement, product management, marketing, operations, or related fields. Experience supporting sales teams or delivering sales-focused training. Ability to travel extensively. Skills, Experience & Abilities

Skilled in delivering engaging training programs both virtually and in person, with strong presentation and facilitation abilities. Experience in instructional design, including needs assessment, content development, and creating evaluations or assessments. Strong coaching and mentoring skills to support trainer development and performance consistency. Knowledge of sales processes, product or industry concepts, and customer engagement strategies.
