Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Account Manager to join our growing team. This role serves as the central connector between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are strategically aligned, well-managed, and executed at the highest standard.

This is a full-time, 100% on-site position based in our Greensboro, NC office. Daily in-person collaboration with our creative, production, and digital teams is essential to the success of this role.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, communicates clearly and confidently, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes full ownership of the project lifecycle — from kickoff through final delivery and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Coordination:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, coordinating with internal teams such as creative, production, and digital to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Needs Assessment and Proposal Development:

Understand client needs and objectives, and present solutions that align with their business goals.

Budget Management:

Monitor project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within estimated scope to maintain profitability. Monitor tracked hours against jobs to ensure projects stay on budget.

Timeline Management & Resource Scheduling:

Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule. Proactively address any potential delays or issues.

Work with Sr. Director of Operations on detailed schedules for Photography

Create weekly schedule for key staff (Art Director/Video Producer and Web Developer/Digital Marketing Specialist) allocating hours by project based on job scope, priority and deadline. Provide regular updates and adjust as needed.

Provide weekly status report for Marketing-related projects to keep internal team informed and aligned on priorities.

General Marketing Support:

provide general marketing support on internal and/or client projects as bandwidth allows.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all creative and marketing deliverables meet client expectations and adhere to agency standards. Review content before it is shared with the client.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with creative, production, digital, and other teams to ensure alignment on project goals and successful delivery of services.

Client Feedback and Revisions:

Collect and interpret client feedback, ensuring that revisions are communicated effectively to the internal team and executed accurately.

Reporting and Analytics:

Provide clients with regular updates on project progress, including performance metrics, analytics, and post-campaign reports.

Contract and Scope Management:

Ensure that all projects are executed within the agreed-upon scope of work and manage any necessary scope changes. If needed, proactively work with Sales lead to address any upcharges or additional fees if work exceeds original project scope.

Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve any client concerns or challenges that arise during the project, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

Continuous Improvement:

Seek opportunities to improve processes, client satisfaction, and the overall effectiveness of project delivery. Provide feedback to internal teams on ways to enhance services and client experiences.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned or reprioritized based on business needs.

Qualifications

At least 1-2 years of experience in account management, project management, or a related role.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with the ability to work effectively with team members and clients.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management or CRM systems preferred

A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
