The VeriSight Clinical Specialist will represent Philips VeriSight Pro 3D ICE catheter to interventional cardiologists and electrophysiologists. This is an expanded, entrepreneurial business with a new sales and clinical team to commercialize the VeriSight Pro 3D ICE catheter. VeriSight aims to enhance how structural heart and EP procedures are performed, offering best-in-class 2D and 3D imaging with miniaturized 3D imaging technology. Responsibilities
The VeriSight Clinical Specialist is accountable for building, maintaining, and providing outstanding technical and clinical product support, systems support, and sustained education to health care providers and allied health professionals around the VeriSight platform. Partner with the VeriSight Regional & Territory Managers and collaborate with Ultrasound, Image Guided Therapy Systems & Devices, Training & Education, Field Service Engineers and Field Management to align activities with VeriSight business objectives. Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and motivation to achieve individual and shared goals; maintain high clinical aptitude and a solutions-oriented mindset; communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Develop expertise on 3D ICE use across multiple clinical procedures and use consultative education techniques to identify customer needs, opportunities, and support in assigned geographies, in partnership with the Regional & Territory Manager. Support evaluation of new products and provide clinical feedback to internal and external stakeholders. Provide ongoing support for company-sponsored clinical/marketing trials, registries, and educational events. Work to improve clinical acumen, competitive product knowledge, and customer relationship, sales, and education skills to maximize case support capability and drive VeriSight educational awareness. Qualifications
You are a Registered or Certified Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography with relevant work experience in the IC/EP clinical environment. You have 2+ years of experience in a clinical echocardiography lab, experience with ultrasound consoles (e.g., Philips EPIQ), and advanced knowledge of echocardiography technology and market landscape. You hold at least a bachelor’s degree or have 4+ years of relevant professional work/military experience. Your skills include: Extensive knowledge of the medical device industry and product portfolios, preferably within structural heart and/or electrophysiology therapies. Strong clinical and technical knowledge with the ability to engage physicians, clinical staff, nurses, department managers, and supply chain to present a value proposition. Professional presence that influences results with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to determine customer needs and communicate them to Field Sales and Marketing Teams. You are an effective and timely communicator, a self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit, a problem-solver who can think critically under pressure, and a committed learner. You can perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. The ability to travel up to 75% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally is required, sometimes on short notice. You reside in or within commuting distance to San Francisco, CA for this role. Total Target Earnings are composed of base salary plus target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earnings potential is $154,000 to $190,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may vary based on performance. Target Earnings are just one component of the Philips Total Rewards package, which includes PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.
