
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Consultant to join our client’s growing team. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong background in masonry and concrete, capable of managing client relationships from initial consultation through contract close. This role requires both sales acumen and technical knowledge of the trade to ensure that each bid and project proposal reflects our client’s high standards of quality and accuracy. Responsibilities
Manage client relationships from initial consultation through contract close. Prepare bids and project proposals reflecting high standards of quality and accuracy. Leverage masonry and concrete expertise to support sales efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of in-field masonry and concrete experience (both commercial and residential). Proven track record of success in customer service and sales. Strong understanding of masonry and concrete systems, including: block, brick, stone, stucco, concrete, tile, grading, machine work, precast, repainting, drainage, waterproofing, and blueprint reading. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in computer applications and digital tools. Benefits
