divh2Commercial Banking Relationship Manager And Financial Advisor/h2pLocation: 1675 Broadway, Denver Colorado/ppServes as the Relationship Manager and Financial Advisor to clients, introducing a full range of core banking products, differentiated capabilities and comprehensive solutions to meet client needs and exceed customer service expectations. This role is focused on acquiring new relationships as well as managing and growing existing relationships. Our bankers are expected to demonstrate strong risk management acumen including credit, operational and compliance risks to act as first line of defense in adhering to KeyBanks profitability standards and moderate risk profile./ppThis position will be prospecting and supporting clients in the Colorado Springs area; we are looking for candidates who currently live in Colorado Springs./ppResponsibilities:/pulliServes as the Trusted Financial Advisor and Business Partner to clients, and functions as the Commercial Banking client expert and the primary contact for most client related matters/liliDrives a focused growth and business development effort by creating and maintaining a clear and holistic understanding of the clients or prospects business/industry; analyzes data and relevant client business and industry/liliProvides and educates the client on Keys capabilities and knowledge in key product areas (cash management, derivatives, equipment finance, etc.)/liliMaintains active prospecting effort, including identification, qualification and calling; develops active Center of Influence (COI) referral network/liliAssembles cross- functional team to quickly respond to customer requests when not able to address requests personally. Knows when and how to bring in teams of experts, as well as identify cross-sell opportunities/liliImproves functional/technical sales and credit expertise continuously and transfers this knowledge to team members; partners effectively with Credit Officers, as the first level sponsor for credit decisions/liliLeads and participates in credit processes and assumes ultimate accountability for all portfolio activities/issues ensuring sound asset quality, including underwriting, structuring and portfolio management activities; directs the preparation of all Asset Quality Reports and new Risk Rating models to assure accurate risk assessment of assigned portfolio/liliPerforms other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice/liliComplies with all KeyBank policies and procedures/li/ulpEducation Qualifications:/pulliBachelors Degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred)/li/ulpExperience Qualifications:/pulli5+ years Established business development skills. Extensive knowledge of bank products. Proven outstanding credit skills, analytical skills and financial acumen. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
