Overview
We are seeking an experienced Creative Production Manager to support high-volume print and design initiatives within a fast-paced creative environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring creative projects are executed on time, on budget, and at a consistently high quality. The ideal candidate brings strong production management experience, a deep understanding of print and design workflows, and the ability to confidently coordinate across creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage print and design production workflows across multiple creative projects
Coordinate with internal creative teams including design, writing, photography, and video to support seamless execution
Serve as a liaison between creative, marketing, legal, finance, and external vendors to ensure alignment and efficiency
Oversee vendor coordination, production timelines, and quality standards
Manage production documentation, vendor paperwork, and approval processes
Support cost control and compliance by working closely with sourcing, legal, and finance partners
Proactively identify risks, mitigate delays, and reduce operational bottlenecks
Maintain organization and clarity across a high volume of concurrent projects with tight deadlines
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in creative production management, creative project management, or a related role
Strong background supporting creative teams in either an agency or in-house environment
Hands-on experience managing print and design-focused projects
Ability to manage high volumes of work while balancing deadlines, budgets, and quality
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, legal, finance, and external partners
Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
Familiarity with creative asset or workflow management tools, including digital asset management systems and creative review platforms
Exposure to procurement or purchasing systems and basic contract processing
Strong understanding of print production processes and vendor management
