For more information and resources, please visit our .Devan FreemanOffice of Communications2026-02-23-2026-02-28# **Job Description:**This position will assist the director of marketing in monitoring, and coordinating content for, the Lewis & Clark College official social media accounts including (but not limited to) Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, and Linkedin.Duties will include content creation, checking messages, assisting in content strategy and planning, reposting relevant content, outreach to community members, engagement with online communities, and reporting on/researching peer institutions' uses of social media to identify new ideas and best practices. # **Qualifications:*** Experience, and passion for, using social media* Knowledge of current trends* Willingness to engage in L&C’s community* Excellent communication skills* Demonstrated high level of maturity and reliability* Attention to detail# **Experience Gained:**Skills learned in the social media coordinator position (such as time management, content curation, teamwork, marketing, editing, and effective communication) assist our student team members in a multitude of career paths. This position offers the student with social media savvy and an entrepreneurial spirit the opportunity to help the college to grow its presence in these markets.
