Prioritizing leadership, accountability, and collaboration, we equip our teams to work at the highest levels possible.**Job Summary:**The **Senior Manager, Corporate Communications** plays a critical role in supporting Acrisure’s enterprise-wide external communications strategy. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Corporate Communications, this position leads the development and execution of high-quality external content, media materials, and executive visibility initiatives that reinforce Acrisure’s narrative, strengthen its reputation, and enhance brand visibility across key audiences.The Sr. Manager partners closely with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into compelling communications. This role supports executive communications, financial and corporate messaging, media engagement, social media content, and thought leadership—ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy, values, and priorities.**Responsibilities:****Executive & CEO Communications Support*** Draft and refine external-facing materials for executives, including speeches, presentations, talking points, and thought leadership content.* Prepare briefing materials and message frameworks for interviews, industry events, and conferences.* Support executive visibility initiatives, including social media content development and external positioning efforts.**Financial & Corporate Communications*** Support the development of financial and shareholder-related messaging in partnership with Finance and Legal.* Draft external communications related to performance results, M&A announcements, strategic partnerships, organizational changes, and milestone company updates.* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regulatory expectations.**Media Relations & Reputation Management*** Serve as editor of “news bureau” for the company, aligning regular content programming through all channels.* Create media materials including press releases, statements, Q&A documents, and backgrounders.* Support media outreach and relationship-building with key reporters, publications, and industry outlets.* Monitor competitive news, industry trends, and emerging issues to help inform reputation management strategies.* Assist with execution of crisis and issues response plans, including drafting materials and coordinating responses.**Social Media & Digital Presence*** Support enterprise-level social media content development and execution, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategic priorities.* Draft posts for executive social media accounts (primarily LinkedIn) and partner on thought leadership campaigns.* Assist with real-time digital engagement during major company announcements, events, awards, and community initiatives.**Content Strategy & Storytelling*** Develop high-quality content including press releases, blogs, executive quotes, thought leadership articles, fact sheets, and multimedia materials.* Ensure consistency of messaging across all external channels and touchpoints.* Support the creation and maintenance of a unified corporate narrative that reflects Acrisure’s mission, values, and growth trajectory.**Cross-Functional Partnership & Collaboration*** Partner with Internal Communications, Public Affairs, Corporate Citizenship and Partnerships, Events, Enterprise Marketing, and related functions, and other internal teams to ensure communications accurately reflect company priorities and initiatives.* Coordinate with business units and functional leaders to gather insights, validate messaging, and create aligned narratives.* Manage external agencies, freelancers, and media partners as needed to support content development and campaign execution.**Leadership & Team Contribution*** Serve as a senior member of the Corporate Communications team, contributing to team planning, editorial calendars, and process improvements.* Provide guidance, feedback, and mentoring to junior team members or contractors as appropriate.* Uphold high standards for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency across all communications work.**Requirements:*** Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executive external communications.* Strong writing, storytelling, editing, and message development skills with a portfolio demonstrating excellence.* Solid understanding of financial and corporate communications, including regulatory considerations.* Demonstrated media relations experience, including drafting media materials and supporting outreach.* Experience developing social media content for enterprise brands or senior executives.* Ability to manage sensitive, high-profile, and time-sensitive communications with discretion and sound judgment.* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment with shifting priorities.**Education and Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).* 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or executive communications leadership roles.* Experience in a global, complex, or high-growth organization preferred.#LI-MV1#LI-Onsite**Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.****Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.****Why Join Us:**At Acrisure, we’re building more than a business, we’re building a community where people can grow, thrive, and make an impact.
