Conduct strategic analysis of potential M&A transactions, including market positioning, synergies, and growth opportunities Build and maintain financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) to assess transaction feasibility and impact Support senior bankers in preparing deal recommendations, client presentations, and investment memoranda Perform industry research, benchmarking, and competitive landscape assessments to inform strategic decisions Assist with due diligence, data room organization, and transaction execution Collaborate across teams to integrate strategic insights with financial and operational analyses Contribute to M&A planning, including identifying potential targets, assessing risks, and supporting valuation discussions Desired Qualifications
