Overview

Propel working with a leading trading platform who are looking to appoint an experienced Partnerships & Sponsorships Manager Marketing on a 6-month contract. This role will oversee and deliver an established sponsorship and partnerships portfolio during a transition period, with a strong focus on hands-on delivery and day-to-day activation. Responsibilities Partnership delivery and rights management Oversee the delivery of all contractual rights across the sponsorship portfolio

Act as the day-to-day point of contact for rights holders, ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution

Track rights delivery to ensure all assets, benefits and obligations are fulfilled through to end of season

Manage and support sponsorships across financial events, influencer partnerships and podcast collaborations

Ensure all partnership activity aligns with compliance requirements, brand guidelines and commercial objectives

Work with internal teams to maximise content, CRM and storytelling opportunities arising from partnerships

Events, hospitality and stakeholder management Plan, manage and deliver sponsored events, including golf days, from venue coordination through to on-site execution

Manage partnership ticketing and hospitality allocations

Coordinate guest lists, invitations, approvals and on-the-day logistics

Liaise with internal stakeholders and rights holders to deliver a premium guest experience

Act as a key point of contact for senior management, providing updates and reporting on partnership performance

Strategy support and future partnerships Support the delivery of the evolving partnerships strategy during the transition period

Assist with evaluation, onboarding and activation planning for future partnership opportunities

Support commercial discussions and contract negotiations, working closely with legal, compliance and senior stakeholders

Contribute to transition documentation and handover materials for post-contract planning

Internal collaboration Work closely with brand, social and CRM teams to integrate partnerships into wider marketing campaigns

Ensure partnership activity is clearly communicated across internal teams

Align partnership delivery with broader commercial and brand objectives

Experience required Proven experience managing sponsorships or partnerships end-to-end, ideally within sport, financial services, media or other regulated environments

Strong understanding of rights delivery, activation and rights-holder relationship management

Experience delivering live events, hospitality and ticketing programmes

Confident managing multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams

Highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable operating autonomously

Able to step into an interim environment and deliver immediately
