Overview

Residential Manager (FLS) - Omaha (Project Management) The Community Supports Network, Inc. Our most successful FLS are engaged in continuous coaching and development of each valued employee through positive motivation, assertiveness, accountability, relationship building and decision making using critical thinking skills while managing and overseeing a residential site for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs. Time will be split between Direct Support hours and Administrative (Office) hours.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee a residential site for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs.

Split time between Direct Support hours and administrative (office) hours.

Coach employees through positive motivation, accountability, relationship building and decision making using critical thinking skills.

Develop staff through continuous coaching and development and advocate for the individuals served.

On-call availability M-F; rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral services; be at least 19 years of age; a high school diploma or equivalent; a valid driver\'s license, good driving record, reliable transportation and current auto insurance; pass background checks favorably; full range of motion and ability to achieve and maintain required training and certifications.

Desired qualifications:

Bachelor\'s Degree with a major in a related field and two years of experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or mental health services and one year of supervisory experience.
