Keller Bros Auto Company is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team. This role is responsible for driving performance, managing deal flow, coaching sales consultants, and ensuring a consistent, high quality customer experience. The ideal candidate is hands on, organized, and comfortable holding a team accountable while maintaining a positive, ethical sales culture. Pay

Full time

Five day workweek

Saturdays as needed

In person, on site position

Work Requirements

Ability to commute to Lititz, PA required Valid driver’s license required Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals

Conduct daily sales meetings and individual coaching sessions

Desk deals, structure transactions, and support closing activities

Monitor lead management, follow up activity, and CRM usage

Oversee inventory presentation, pricing strategy, and lot standards

Track key sales metrics and report performance to leadership

Collaborate with F&I, service, and marketing teams to improve results

Maintain a professional, ethical, and customer first sales environment

Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales staff

Qualifications

Previous automotive sales management experience required

Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit targets

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Experience with dealership CRM and desking tools

Understanding of inventory management and retail sales strategy

Ability to work in a fast paced, performance driven environment

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferred
