Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and chat messages Build rapport with customers through email, phone, and text communication Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership Maintain CRM records with accurate and detailed notes Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handoffs Follow up on unsold leads and develop long-term customer relationships Meet and exceed dealership goals for appointments and conversions Qualifications
