As a Senior Business Analyst focused on Anaplan and compensation strategy, you will support the design, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of Anaplan solutions that enable sales incentive compensation and broader Commercial Operations initiatives. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and actionable insights. You will contribute to the evolution of divisional compensation processes by applying strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach. This role sits within the Selling organization and plays an important role in ensuring accurate, effective, and sustainable compensation processes across the business. Work model, sponsorship, relocation: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Your responsibilities will include: Partner with divisional compensation teams to support the build, enhancement, and maintenance of Anaplan models aligned to business requirements Contribute to scalable, solution-oriented Anaplan design decisions to support consistency and long-term sustainability Communicate system functionality, limitations, and enhancement options to business partners and leadership Support and maintain existing Anaplan models, including issue resolution, enhancements, and ongoing optimization Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing efficient, effective solutions Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to document requirements and align system capabilities Perform compensation and performance analyses to support insights, reporting, and decision-making Develop and maintain a strong understanding of data sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity Support integrations with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and SAP BusinessObjects Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned Balance independent work with effective collaboration in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Qualifications: Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a STEM discipline Minimum of 3 years' experience with Anaplan model building Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills Demonstrated attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders Experience supporting project timelines and escalating risks or issues as appropriate Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs Self-motivated, collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning Preferred qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial Operations, Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field Experience supporting incentive compensation programs, particularly within hierarchical sales structures Advanced experience with Anaplan model building and optimization Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx, SAP BusinessObjects, and SQL Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
