
Senior Business Analyst, Anaplan/Compensation - PI

Your responsibilities will include:
Partner with divisional compensation teams to support the build, enhancement, and maintenance of Anaplan models aligned to business requirements
Contribute to scalable, solution-oriented Anaplan design decisions to support consistency and long-term sustainability
Communicate system functionality, limitations, and enhancement options to business partners and leadership
Support and maintain existing Anaplan models, including issue resolution, enhancements, and ongoing optimization
Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing efficient, effective solutions
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to document requirements and align system capabilities
Perform compensation and performance analyses to support insights, reporting, and decision‑making
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of data sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Support integrations with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and SAP BusinessObjects
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned
Balance independent work with effective collaboration in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a STEM discipline
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Anaplan model building
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and quantitative skills
Demonstrated attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders
Experience supporting project timelines and escalating risks or issues as appropriate
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Self‑motivated, collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
Preferred qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial Operations, Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field
Experience supporting incentive compensation programs, particularly within hierarchical sales structures
Advanced experience with Anaplan model building and optimization
Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx, SAP BusinessObjects, and SQL
