Position Summary

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and optimizing sales technology tools to drive adoption, efficiency, and user satisfaction. This role partners closely with Sales, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage system access, training, communications, and feedback while ensuring tools are effectively implemented and supported. The ideal candidate has hands-on CRM experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid background in sales support operations. Key Responsibilities

Manage licenses, user setup, and configuration changes across sales technology platforms. Provide demonstrations of system enhancements to gather initial user feedback. Develop basic training materials that can be customized by business teams for their audiences. Track user-reported issues in partnership with IT and ensure timely resolution and communication. Lead and deliver

Train-the-Trainer

sessions for internal stakeholders. Develop and execute launch communication plans, including:

Feature overviews Hyper-care support Office hours schedules Feedback collection mechanisms

Lead office hours sessions to capture, consolidate, and prioritize feedback, translating insights into corrective actions. Generate and analyze tool usage reports related to onboarding and adoption metrics. Position Requirements

2 years of hands-on experience with

Salesforce

or another CRM tool in an administrative role. 1 year of experience in a

Sales Support

function. Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Excel . Comfortable collaborating with technical development teams to provide business context during system migrations or development cycles. Familiarity with common sales enablement tools such as

Highspot ,

Seismic , or similar platforms. Proven ability to leverage cross-functional resources to drive results. Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
