Our BDC is the front line of our sales operation, and we're looking for motivated, professional people who want to grow with us.
The Role You'll be the first voice our customers hear. Your job is simple: connect with people, qualify their needs, and set appointments that actually show. You'll work closely with sales and management to make sure every lead gets handled quickly, professionally, and with care.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, texts, and emails
Respond to leads promptly and professionally
Schedule and confirm sales appointments
Keep accurate notes and customer records in the CRM
Re-engage unsold and inactive prospects
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Deliver a positive, high-energy experience every time
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills across phone, text, and email
Confident, positive, goal-driven attitude
Ability to handle objections without losing momentum
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Solid follow-up and organizational skills
CRM experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
Automotive BDC or call center experience is a plus, not required
