Your Mission
Convert fresh leads into same-day appointments
Sell the dealership – inventory, availability, and urgency
Warm-up cold leads and unsold showroom traffic
Support big-ticket vehicles
Help customers buy from us instead of the dealer 20 minutes away

80–100 outbound calls per day
60+ texts per day
40+ emails per day
Under 10-minute average response time on fresh leads
50–60% appointment set rate from engaged leads
55%+ appointment show rate
Clear CRM notes on 100% of interactions

You Are
Competitive, confident, and professional
Strong phone voice and effective communicator
Organized and accountable in the CRM
Comfortable with volume follow-up and persistence
Automotive BDC or call center experience preferred
Bilingual is a plus
