Position Overview As a
Sales BDC Agent , your primary focus is generating showroom traffic and sales opportunities. This is a
phone- and internet-based sales role
where success is measured by appointments set, shown, and sold. If you enjoy sales, follow-up, and seeing your effort directly impact your income, this role offers strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound
sales-focused calls
Respond promptly to internet leads, texts, and emails related to vehicle sales
Make outbound follow-up calls to new and unsold prospects
Set, confirm, and re-confirm
sales appointments
Use proven call scripts and sales processes
Build rapport and identify customer needs to drive appointments
Accurately document all customer activity in the CRM
Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong appointment handoffs
Contribute to meeting sales goals for calls, appointments, and show rates
Schedule
8-hour shifts
5 days per week
Saturday availability required
What We’re Looking For
1 year of customer service or sales experience
(preferred)
Call center or automotive sales experience is a plus
Confident, professional phone skills
Strong follow-up and organizational habits
Goal-oriented while remaining team-focused
Coachable and open to feedback
Basic computer and CRM proficiency
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving required
