for the German-speaking markets. In this role, you'll take ownership of the entire sales process, driving revenue growth for our client's innovative enterprise ed tech solutions. Key Responsibilities
Client acquisition:
Proactively identify, engage, and secure new clients using strategic sales tactics to exceed revenue goals.
Relationship building:
Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering upsell opportunities.
Pipeline management:
Own and manage the full sales cycle (A to Z), from lead qualification through to deal closure.
Sales presentations:
Deliver impactful presentations that showcase the value of the solutions, addressing client pain points and demonstrating ROI.
Sales strategy:
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, leveraging market insights and competitor intelligence.
Negotiations & closing:
Lead client negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements to achieve individual and company-wide sales success.
Requirements
4-5 years of experience as a Sales Executive,
ideally in SaaS/enterprise software.
Proven success selling to
mid-market and enterprise clients.
Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Independent, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Language skills:
Native (or near-native) German and fluent English are required.
