Employee Benefits Account Manager
to join a dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service support for group benefits and voluntary benefits accounts, with a focus on fully funded medical accounts with fewer than 100 lives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. Compensation Package
Salary Range : $65,000 - $85,000 annually Benefits Offered : Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) : Available Work Arrangement : Hybrid work model available after 90 days (initially 5 days in-office) Travel : Minimal travel required Responsibilities
Provide service support for group benefits and voluntary benefits accounts. Assist with the renewal process for existing accounts. Utilize BenefitPoint software to manage client accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and meet client needs. Conduct regular communication with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates. Support the quoting process for new and renewal business. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients. Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure : Life and Health (L&H) license required. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in service support for group benefits or voluntary benefits. Technical Skills : Proficiency in BenefitPoint software preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
