Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced

Commercial Account Manager

to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a large regional agency known for its exceptional culture and commitment to professional growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in servicing and marketing small to large market commercial accounts. This position requires a Property & Casualty (P&C) license and at least 2 years of relevant experience. After completing a 90-day onsite training period, this role transitions to a hybrid work model, allowing up to three days of remote work per week with approval. Compensation Package

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $70,000 annually Bonus:

Manage and service a portfolio of small to large market commercial accounts. Handle the quoting process for new and renewal business. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams. Participate in marketing efforts to grow the business and expand the client base. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications/Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial account management, with a focus on service and marketing. Proficiency in using Applied EPIC software or similar systems. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. A proactive and client-focused approach to account management.
