highly experienced Senior Customs Entry Specialist
to enhance our import operations team. This role is essential for managing the complete customs entry process and resolving complex compliance challenges. With a strong focus on U.S. import regulations, this position requires expert knowledge as well as
mandatory CargoWise experience . Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file customs entries for ocean and air shipments utilizing
CargoWise Accurately classify goods with HTS codes Resolve holds, compliance issues, and CBP requests, including CF-28s and CF-29s Collaborate closely with freight forwarders, importers, and government agencies Ensure thorough documentation in adherence to U.S. Customs and PGAs Keep abreast of regulatory changes and proactively update internal stakeholders Troubleshoot operational delays and devise quick, effective solutions Requirements: 5+ years of experience as an entry writer in U.S. customs brokerage CargoWise experience is required (non-negotiable) Strong understanding of HTS classification and U.S. Customs procedures Able to work independently while managing a high-volume workload Experience with ACE and ABI systems Exceptional organizational and communication skills Why Join Us: Competitive salary and benefits package Be a part of a reputable, well-established logistics firm Enjoy autonomy and respect for your customs expertise Experience supportive leadership and a collaborative culture
