AppLovin is a top-100 market cap success story that’s still early in its growth curve and we're building a partnerships engine that scales our advertiser growth exponentially. We're looking for a deal-maker who can source, structure, and close high-value partnerships that others can't. You'll manage a large annual budget to build referral partnerships with B2B platforms (Shopify apps, analytics tools, SaaS products) and execute podcast partnerships that drive real user acquisition. This is for someone who hunts for deals, negotiates like a pro, and builds partnerships that become growth channels unto themselves. You'll own the entire lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to signing contracts to measuring performance. What You'll Do

Deal Sourcing & Closing Identify and build your own pipeline of high-value B2B partnership opportunities (Shopify apps, analytics platforms, marketing tools, agencies) Negotiate and structure deals with flat rate and/or revenue share components that align incentives Close partnerships autonomously from first outreach through contract signature Execute podcast partnerships that drive measurable user acquisition at scale Manage an eight figure partnership budget with room to grow and full P&L accountability Structure creative deal terms that maximize value for both AppLovin and partners Build scalable processes so successful partnership models can be replicated Performance & Growth Track and report on partnership ROI with clear attribution to revenue and user acquisition Iterate on partnership strategy based on what's working (and what's not) Scale winning channels from pilot programs to seven to eight figure dollar partnerships What You Bring

Partnership Experience Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals. Experience structuring complex deals with multiple compensation models (flat fees, rev share, hybrid) Background in SaaS, ad tech, e-commerce is strongly preferred Deal-Making Skills Natural networker who can open doors and build relationships with senior stakeholders Strong negotiator who wins deals without leaving value on the table Comfortable pitching AppLovin's value proposition to potential partners Ability to structure win-win deals that create long-term alignment Operator Mindset Data-driven decision maker who tracks performance and adjusts strategy accordingly Comfortable managing large budgets with clear ROI expectations Bias toward action: you don't wait for permission, you identify opportunities and execute Self-sufficient: you build your own pipeline, run your own outreach, and close your own deals Strategic Thinking Understand growth levers and how partnerships fit into the broader marketing mix Can spot non-obvious partnership opportunities that others miss Think in systems: one great partnership can unlock access to an entire ecosystem Communication & Organization Excellent written and verbal communication for pitches, negotiations, and executive updates Strong project management skills to juggle multiple deals at various stages Comfortable presenting partnership performance and strategy to leadership Why This Role Matters

AppLovin is already a massive company, but the next wave of growth comes from partnerships. Every advertiser we can't reach through direct channels is an opportunity for a partnership to unlock. You're not supporting growth—you're building entirely new growth channels. With an eight figure budget and full autonomy, you'll have the resources and freedom to make big bets. Your work will directly impact AppLovin's advertiser base and revenue trajectory.
