Our client is adding a BIM Designer to their growing company. This full-time opportunity is located around the Roswell Johns Creek area and is a direct-hire role for our client. Responsibilities As a BIM Designer, you will work in Revit, AutoCAD, and Total Station to produce drawings for the complete design, installation, and servicing of buildings for a variety of industries, including medical, refrigeration, industrial processing, and more. You will help create the communication needed between engineers, project managers, and field personnel for accurate installation and completion.
Qualifications
2-5+ years of experience in BIM modeling for Mechanical or Plumbing
AutoCAD and Revit experience required
Experience creating shop drawings for HVAC piping, Process Piping, or Plumbing systems
Experience with clash detection, digital construction layouts
Collaboration experience with engineers and estimators to help develop plans and estimates
