We’re looking for a Plumbing BIM Detailer to support the design and coordination of plumbing systems for commercial projects. This role focuses on developing accurate BIM models, construction documents, and coordinated layouts that support field installation and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain plumbing BIM models using Revit (and/or AutoCAD)
Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and fabrication‑ready documentation
Coordinate plumbing systems with mechanical, electrical, and structural trades
Review designs for constructability, code compliance, and accuracy
Incorporate redlines, RFIs, and field updates into models and drawings
Support project teams through all phases of design and construction
Qualifications
Experience as a Plumbing Detailer, BIM Technician, or Designer
Proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD experience a plus
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, layouts, and installation methods
Familiarity with applicable plumbing codes and standards
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced project environment
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Nice to Have
Commercial or industrial project experience
BIM coordination or clash detection experience
Experience working with contractors or fabrication teams
