Business Development Associate (Full-Time)
TGA Premier Sports, Novato, California, United States, 94949
Overview
TGA (Tennis Golf Athletics) is a growing youth sports organization bringing
high-quality, character-building sports programs
to schools and communities across Marin and Sonoma County. We work with kids, schools, and families — and we’re expanding fast.
We’re looking for a
full-time Business Development Associate
who wants to grow with the business, help expand programs, and build real experience in
sports management, youth programs, and operations .
This role is ideal for a
recent graduate or early-career professional
interested in sports, children, community programs, or entrepreneurship.
The Role
This is a
full-time, in-person role (40 hours/week)
focused on growing TGA’s footprint across Marin and Sonoma County.
You’ll work closely with ownership to:
Build relationships with
schools, PTAs, community organizations, and sports facilities
Support
new school partnerships and program launches
Help grow
enrollment and awareness
of TGA programs
Conduct
site visits
and represent TGA in the community
Support expansion into
new sports
(tennis, golf, pickleball — and more coming)
You do
not
need to play all the sports we offer. Experience with
tennis, golf, or pickleball
is a plus, but enthusiasm, professionalism, and follow-through matter most.
Compensation
$25/hour
(full-time, non-exempt)
Commission opportunities
in addition to hourly pay, tied to:
New partnerships
Enrollment growth
Program expansions
Clear performance expectations and regular feedback
Growth Path This is a
growth-track role . Strong performance can lead to advancement into a
General Manager
position with increased responsibility over:
Operations
People management
Regional growth and strategy
We’re looking for someone who wants to
build , not just show up.
