Summary The E-Commerce Manager's role focuses on keeping customers satisfied with the company's services through managing the success and efficiency of all delivery processes and procedures. This includes but is not limited to: employee management, ensuring state and company compliance is maintained, maintaining METRC accuracy and working with inventory during audits, tracking and reporting sales metrics, managing customer satisfaction, and holding personnel accountable. The E-Commerce Manager will have direct oversight of all the applicable roles within the E-Commerce department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Oversee and account for all aspects of the marijuana delivery program. Schedule and create PAR levels for staffing based on fluctuating demand. Assess customer engagement, optimize the tech and workflow to minimize cancellation, wait time and customer frustration. Work with the Fleet Manager to monitor delivery vehicle conditions and provide regular maintenance and washes. Monitor the transactions made by the department looking for errors or discrepancies that could impact the general inventory or METRC accuracy. Check body cam footage on a weekly basis for compliance and training purposes. Delete footage regularly; ensuring adequate storage. Provide constant and consistent feedback to upper management regarding profitability or problems in the department. Provide feedback to marketing regarding sales or promotions that would benefit the delivery department. Ensure the department is properly opened and closed at the start and end of each day. Enforce company policies and attendance guidelines for all delivery agents. Communicate with technology providers to ensure accurate product and pricing information is displayed on the website. Create and maintain SOPs for delivery and pickup activities and tasks. Oversee accident and incident response plans, facilitate investigations, and plan ahead for possible security concerns. Empower the team by providing clear direction and ongoing coaching and support. Maintain the highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all customers. Stay informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations, and industry news. Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure. Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures and performance standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Daily compliance with Company policies including, but not limited to, state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules. Supervisory Responsibilities

Manages 4 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 20+ employees in the E-Commerce Department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor\'s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
